Role & Responsibilities
- Own availability, reliability, scalability and performance for e‑commerce sites across Tapestry brands; define and implement SLOs based on SLAs and SLIs.
- Operate and improve production and pre‑production environments to ensure secure, resilient deployments.
- Design, build and maintain monitoring and observability solutions; implement RUM and synthetic monitoring and integrate telemetry into incident workflows.
- Develop automation, tooling and runbooks to reduce operational toil and accelerate incident response and remediation.
- Deploy, support and monitor services, platform components and application stacks across cloud providers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to champion SRE practices, run capacity and performance reviews, and drive post‑incident analysis and corrective action.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and advise on architecture, scaling and operational concerns.
- Contribute to platform and process improvements using Jira/Confluence to track initiatives and incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in site reliability engineering, production support, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience building or maintaining highly available systems at scale.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages: Java, Node, or Python.
- Hands‑on experience deploying, supporting and monitoring modern service and application stacks.
- Experience implementing and operating monitoring platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Blue Triangle, or Quantum Metric.
- Familiarity with RUM and synthetic monitoring methodologies and tools.
- Practical experience with one or more cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure).
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Experience
Minimum of five years in site reliability engineering or closely related production support roles, with demonstrable experience operating highly available e‑commerce systems at scale, implementing monitoring and observability, and working across cloud platforms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 185,000 per annum.
