Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and sales-floor execution to achieve revenue and KPI targets.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales associates; deliver regular performance feedback and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Own visual merchandising standards and product presentation to reflect brand positioning and seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory processes, stockroom organization, receiving and replenishment; assist with cycle counts and shrink-prevention protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling; resolve escalated customer issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures, health & safety regulations and ADA accommodations.
- Perform physical tasks regularly including lifting up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and stocking merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or lead experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports, build team morale and drive results.
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity and shifting priorities; demonstrates decisiveness and sound judgment.
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the role (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Typically requires at least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably with exposure to luxury or premium fashion environments and demonstrated history of meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or retail management certification preferred.
