Coach is hiring a Lead Cashier in Tsawwassen, British Columbia. Full-time position at Tsawwassen Mills with a $19.00–$22.00 hourly range.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and act as an ambassador for the Insider loyalty program.
  • Operate the cashwrap: process sales, returns, repairs and damaged-item transactions accurately and in accordance with policy.
  • Capture and secure customer information with attention to privacy and data accuracy.
  • Maintain cash/media accuracy and complete end-of-shift audits and reconciliations.
  • Recommend add-ons, promote gift cards and influence purchasing decisions at point of sale.
  • Organize and maintain SKU accuracy, cashwrap presentation and overall cleanliness.
  • Assist with cashier onboarding and training; report POS or equipment issues promptly.
  • Remain composed under pressure, multitask effectively, and prioritize during peak retail periods.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and apply Coach service and style standards as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile checkout solutions.
  • Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using iPad/Mobile POS devices and walkie-talkies.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs) and performing stockroom duties.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required, with prior luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated competency operating point-of-sale systems and managing fast-paced cashwrap responsibilities is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Tsawwassen, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 22 per hour.
