Role & Responsibilities
- Achieves individual sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Delivers exemplary customer service that embodies the Kate Spade New York brand experience.
- Builds and manages a personal clientele via proactive outreach and effective use of the client book.
- Maintains deep product knowledge across categories and communicates the brand aesthetic to customers.
- Executes daily store operations including accurate POS transactions, cash handling and reconciliation.
- Applies visual merchandising directives and ensures store standards are maintained consistently.
- Performs keyholder duties such as opening/closing the store, supervising shift activities and supporting loss-prevention procedures.
- Supports team performance through coaching on selling techniques and contributing to a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proven sales abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience; luxury goods background preferred.
- Demonstrable capability to multitask, prioritise and operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to fulfil cash-handling and keyholder responsibilities.
