Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a KDF Intern in Seoul — a corporate internship supporting merchandising, operations and marketing for the Korea office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative and project tasks across the Korea corporate office, including scheduling, documentation and coordination with regional teams.
- Assist merchandising and product teams with inventory tracking, sample management and basic assortment analysis.
- Contribute to retail and wholesale operations projects by preparing presentations, reports and market research specific to the Korean market.
- Work with marketing and CRM partners to help execute localized campaigns, store events and customer engagement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and data entry to support sales reporting, KPI tracking and operational improvements.
- Learn and apply Coach brand standards in all communications and customer-facing materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, marketing, fashion, communications or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; professional presentation skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and the ability to take direction and follow through independently.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to learn internal systems quickly.

Early-career candidates; prior internship or part-time experience in fashion retail, merchandising, marketing or corporate operations is preferred but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (business, marketing, fashion, communications or related).
