Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a full-time Intern in Seoul, South Korea — corporate internship supporting HR and corporate functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative and project work across the Korea corporate office, including scheduling, document preparation and correspondence.
- Assist People/HR initiatives such as onboarding, training logistics, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion activities.
- Compile and analyse basic operational or HR data; prepare concise reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, retail operations, marketing) to support local projects and events.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement efforts by documenting processes and proposing pragmatic solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, human resources, communications or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional discretion and respect for confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable team player with a learning mindset and positive client-service orientation.
- Ability to work full-time from the Seoul corporate office for the duration of the internship period.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level role; prior internship or part-time corporate experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated involvement in university societies, project work or customer-facing roles is an asset.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, human resources, communications or a related field.
