Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Tapestry at career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent across multiple departments
- Review and screen curriculum vitae submissions for HR and Legal function roles
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify suitable candidates for current and future openings
- Support the onboarding and placement of successful candidates into appropriate positions
- Liaise between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Demonstrated alignment with Tapestry core competencies including Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly
- For people managers: Strategic Agility, ability to develop direct reports and others, and capability to build effective teams

Skills
Experience
Candidates may range from those starting their HR or Legal career to those seeking advancement within the luxury fashion and retail industry; prior experience in human resources, legal affairs, or related corporate functions is advantageous but not strictly required for all positions.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines are preferred for specialised HR and Legal roles.
