Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Human Resources Intern in Seoul. Support HR operations, recruitment and onboarding at the Korea corporate office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations across the Korea corporate office, including personnel file maintenance and HRIS data updates.
- Assist talent acquisition activities: job posting coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Contribute to new‑hire onboarding logistics and orientation materials to ensure a smooth integration for incoming employees.
- Prepare HR reports and basic analytics (headcount, onboarding metrics) and maintain trackers for People team initiatives.
- Coordinate internal learning and development logistics, including scheduling trainings and managing participant lists.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes, benefits enquiries and ad hoc People projects while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support internal events and employee engagement activities, liaising with cross‑functional teams and external vendors as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional demeanour and discretion handling confidential information.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning HR systems.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn HR processes, employment legislation basics and people‑centric best practices.
- Team player with interpersonal savvy; able to liaise with colleagues across functions and escalate appropriately.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or administrative experience in HR, retail, hospitality or corporate services is preferred but not required. Demonstrable exposure to recruitment, onboarding or employee programs will be considered an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
