Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including filing, data entry and maintenance of employee records.
  • Assist with recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation logistics.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by scheduling training, tracking participation and preparing materials.
  • Prepare HR reports and basic analysis from internal systems to support people metrics and projects.
  • Contribute to internal HR communications, employee engagement activities and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills; professional telephone and email etiquette.

Experience
