Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including filing, data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Assist with recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation logistics.
- Support learning and development initiatives by scheduling training, tracking participation and preparing materials.
- Prepare HR reports and basic analysis from internal systems to support people metrics and projects.
- Contribute to internal HR communications, employee engagement activities and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills; professional telephone and email etiquette.

Experience
Prior internship or administrative experience in HR, retail or corporate support environments is preferred but not mandatory; genuine interest in HR and people processes required.
Education
Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
