Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Head of Marketing in Seoul — Director-level role to lead brand strategy, integrated campaigns and a local marketing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the brand and consumer marketing strategy for the Korea market in alignment with global positioning and APAC priorities.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a cross‑functional marketing team covering communications, digital, CRM, PR and local activations.
  • Plan and manage the marketing P&L and budget, prioritizing investments to drive brand equity, traffic and sales across channels.
  • Oversee integrated campaign development and execution across retail, wholesale, digital and social platforms; adapt global creative to local market needs.
  • Own agency and vendor relationships, negotiating briefs, scopes and deliverables to ensure excellence and ROI.
  • Set measurable KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and deliver insights-driven optimizations to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, e‑commerce and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and commercial alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership capability with experience building, coaching and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and demonstrable success driving brand growth in consumer luxury, fashion or accessories.
  • Strong stakeholder management with experience working across regional and global brand teams and GMs.
  • Advanced competency in campaign planning, digital marketing, CRM and integrated communications execution.
  • Track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering against KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the brand externally with agencies and partners.
  • Korean market knowledge strongly preferred; bilingual Korean/English skills are an asset.

Experience

Senior marketing leader with substantial experience in consumer brand marketing—typically 8+ years in marketing with several years in managerial roles; demonstrable experience in fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle brands and in running integrated, omnichannel campaigns at market or regional level.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
