Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the ANZ integrated marketing and digital strategy across Tapestry brands (Coach and Kate Spade) to drive brand equity, traffic and revenue.
  • Own online commercial performance: e‑commerce growth, digital acquisition, CRM, retention and conversion optimisation in partnership with global and regional teams.
  • Lead regional brand marketing, communications, content, social and influencer programmes to ensure consistent, locally relevant storytelling.
  • Manage marketing budgets, set KPIs, and deliver measurable ROI through data‑driven planning and performance marketing.
  • Partner with retail operations, wholesale and product teams to align promotional calendars, omnichannel campaigns and in‑store activation.
  • Manage agency relationships and external suppliers, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery.
  • Build, coach and mentor a high‑performing regional marketing and digital team; foster cross‑functional collaboration and capability development.
  • Report to global stakeholders, translate global directives into ANZ‑specific plans, and escalate market insights and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior marketing leader with demonstrable experience leading both brand and digital functions at a regional level.
  • Track record in fashion, luxury or premium consumer retail with deep knowledge of omnichannel retail and e‑commerce.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L influence and delivering ROI‑driven marketing programmes.
  • Demonstrated capability in CRM, performance marketing, digital acquisition and lifecycle management.
  • Proven people leader with experience building teams, developing direct reports and managing agency partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to adapt global strategy to local market needs.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline; MBA or advanced marketing qualification preferred.
