Kate Spade New York — New York, NY: GTM Content Assistant opportunity to create product education and multimedia training for store teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop product and brand education materials that communicate heritage, craftsmanship, materials and selling strategies to store associates.
- Create product knowledge collateral for seasonal launches and maintain the product knowledge library to ensure tools remain current and accessible.
- Produce and edit video content and multimedia learning assets for product training and selling tools.
- Develop content in multiple formats including interactive e-learning modules, quick-reference guides and assessments/quizzes to measure engagement.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Design and Marketing to gather product information and align content to brand priorities.
- Support Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy with project management, process improvements, content testing and publishing within the LMS.
- Partner with global teams to onboard, adapt and troubleshoot learning platform content for regional applicability and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product education, merchandising, or a related role within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven experience developing training content across digital learning modules, written guides and video formats.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize product storytelling and translate technical product details into engaging, digestible learning assets.
- Strong project and time management capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in product education, merchandising, instructional design, or a similar function at a fashion or luxury retail brand, with hands-on experience creating multimedia training assets for store teams.
