Tapestry seeks a Global Security Operations Center Analyst in New York, NY. Monitor global security threats, manage CCTV systems, coordinate emergency communications, and support asset protection analytics. $66,300–$75,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor domestic and global threats impacting Tapestry people, locations, assets, or operations, including crime, civil unrest, terrorism, severe weather, geopolitical events, and emerging risks
- Support protective intelligence and executive travel through pre-travel assessment and real-time threat monitoring
- Prepare timely situational awareness reports and escalate significant security concerns to appropriate stakeholders
- Utilize emergency communication tools, threat monitoring platforms, and incident response systems to identify affected employees, stores, facilities, and travelers
- Prepare and distribute targeted security and emergency notifications to relevant parties
- Participate in emergency notification tests, tabletop exercises, and organizational preparedness activities
- Monitor CCTV systems at Corporate HQ and remotely accessible Tapestry stores and facilities
- Conduct video review in support of investigations, theft cases, safety matters, and security incidents
- Support CCTV troubleshooting, security equipment repair requests, and system maintenance coordination
- Manage Tapestry's electronic access control and identification card systems, including activations, deactivations, permissions, troubleshooting, and auditing
- Identify and escalate unusual or potentially unauthorized access activity
- Monitor incident reports, shrink information, and Asset Protection intelligence for trends and patterns
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure appropriate escalation procedures
- Support reporting and analysis to identify theft, shrink, and security trends
- Provide monitoring and intelligence support for executive, board, corporate, employee, and brand events
- Monitor civil disturbances, crime, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and event-related concerns
- Maintain communication with security personnel and internal stakeholders during significant incidents and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, or equivalent professional experience
- GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or emergency management experience
- Experience with CCTV, access control, mass notification, incident management, or intelligence platforms
- Experience with AlertMedia, ThinkLP, or comparable mass notification and threat assessment platforms preferred
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
- Experience supporting retail, corporate, or global operations preferred
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or global organizations preferred
Skills
Experience
GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or emergency management background is essential. Candidates with supervisory or team-lead experience, particularly supporting geographically dispersed or global organizations, are strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, or related discipline. Equivalent professional experience in security, intelligence, law enforcement, or emergency management will be considered in place of a degree.
