Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global merchandise financial plans (selling plans, open‑to‑buy, receipts and inventory targets) aligned to brand strategies and seasonal objectives.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales and inventory forecasts; analyze sell‑through, ageing and catalytic KPIs to drive assortment and replenishment decisions.
- Collaborate closely with merchants, allocation, supply chain and commercial teams to optimize assortment, timing and stock placement across channels and regions.
- Recommend inventory actions (replenishment, reallocation, mark‑down strategies) to protect margin and maximize full‑price sell‑through.
- Support product launches and seasonal rollouts by translating business strategy into SKU‑level financial targets and cadence.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor performance vs plan and to inform senior leadership decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
- Proven experience partnering with merchants and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
