Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store strategy and execution to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets; set, track and recalibrate goals using market and trend insights.
- Own forecasting, payroll planning and alignment of staffing to business needs; manage day-to-day store operations including scheduling, inventory and loss prevention.
- Model and coach selling and service standards; drive team selling, floor leadership and clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Recruit, onboard, develop and retain high-performing teams; conduct performance evaluations and implement development action plans.
- Maintain visual presentation and operational compliance with POS, merchandising and corporate policies; partner with district and corporate teams to ensure product flow.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with a solution-oriented approach and act as a trusted fashion advisor by sharing trends and styling guidance.
- Communicate effectively with peers and corporate partners, uphold ethics and reinforce alignment with company goals and regional priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Store Manager or comparable role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience using POS, retail systems and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability in sales strategy, clienteling, team leadership and talent development.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom and sales-floor activities.
- Strong verbal communication and English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years as a Store Manager or in a comparable retail leadership role, with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching teams and delivering outstanding customer experience; luxury retail background preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. A combination of education and relevant retail management experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
