Coach seeks General Manager, Retail Management in Seoul to lead retail operations and drive performance across the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee retail operations across assigned stores and regions
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets while maintaining brand integrity
- Develop and execute strategic retail management initiatives aligned with global Coach vision
- Coach and develop direct reports through challenging assignments and regular development discussions
- Build and maintain effective store teams with strong morale and collaborative culture
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation across all touchpoints
- Manage P&L responsibilities and operational budgets
- Foster open dialogue and accountability throughout the retail organization
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and operational goals in retail management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate market trends and competitive landscape
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills across all organizational levels
- Experience managing P&L and retail operations budgets
- Knowledge of luxury or premium retail environment preferred

Experience
Extensive retail management experience at senior level with demonstrated success in leading large-scale retail operations and multi-site management. Background in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced business credential preferred.
