Role & Responsibilities

  • Set, track and adjust sales and productivity targets informed by market trends and store performance.
  • Forecast sales, plan payroll and align hiring to business needs and seasonal demand.
  • Partner with district and corporate teams to implement operational processes and ensure effective product flow.
  • Model and coach selling and service standards; lead floor selling and team selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted fashion advisor, sharing trends and styling recommendations with customers and staff.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; evaluate performance and create individual development plans.
  • Own daily store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory control, HR administration and loss prevention.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual standards; ensure compliance with POS and operational policies.
  • Use retail systems and reporting tools to analyse performance and inform decision-making.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, district leadership and corporate partners; uphold ethics and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or General Manager in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; prior experience with POS and retail systems.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy, clienteling, team development and operational execution.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
