Tapestry Inc. seeks Fulfillment Operations Supervisor in Jacksonville, Florida. Lead a 15–35-person warehouse team on night shift with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Directly manage and supervise 15–35 hourly warehouse associates, drivers, and clerks with accountability for performance, development, and engagement
- Provide regular team and individual feedback on performance, professional growth, and business objectives
- Coordinate daily tactical planning with other supervisors and business partners, leveraging problem-solving and decision-making processes
- Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures and training documentation, updating as business needs evolve
- Report weekly and monthly performance metrics against departmental and business goals
- Assess and optimize staffing levels to match volume requirements and operational demands
- Cross-train team members to ensure sufficient resource coverage across all departmental functions
- Lead continuous improvement projects that drive operational efficiency and cost savings
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining seamless daily fulfillment operations
- Support the Operations Manager in financial planning and reporting processes
- Partner with HR and recruiting to identify, hire, and retain team talent
- Proficiently operate Manhattan WMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email, and Teams collaboration platform
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Physically lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and direct team functions with minimal direct supervision
- Proven track record of success in supervising, training, coaching, and developing associates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work extended standing/walking shifts in varied environmental conditions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a supervisor-level position within a warehouse or distribution center environment. Preferred qualifications include more than 5 years in a distribution center supervisory role, with demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, servant leadership, process optimization, and organizational change management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Further desirable qualifications include demonstrated expertise in logistics, supply chain operations, or business management.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 70,000 per annum.
