Tapestry Warehouse Associate, Las Vegas fulfillment center. Full-time order fulfillment role, $17.50–$18.50/hr, Wed–Sat, 6am–4:30pm PT.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process orders by volume according to productivity, accuracy, and team standards while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Pick, pack, and process products safely and accurately, including price ticket removal, reticketing, gift packaging, and special handling
  • Utilize warehouse management (WM) systems and department-specific programs to determine status and resolve cases
  • Conduct effective problem-solving in functional areas including order audits and carton issue resolution
  • Assist with carton and corrugate preparation, breakdown, and disposal as needed
  • Replenish usable totes and bins and process materials at the tote replenishment line
  • Process and research shortage and No Read divert cases
  • Sort and offload cartons to and from pallets and conveyor systems as directed
  • Assist in packing cartons with dunnage and sealing materials
  • Operate hand pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Communicate timely with team leaders regarding equipment or workstation issues
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the department daily
  • Demonstrate flexibility to assist other departments as needed
  • Practice safe work habits and communicate safety concerns to management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow instructions consistently
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand for entire shift duration
  • Physical capability to reach, walk, bend, lean, and work at various heights
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed packing and handling tasks

Experience
