Tapestry FP&A Intern position in Singapore; 20-week internship supporting financial planning and business analysis across Southeast Asia brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate project information in TRIRIGA, including project status updates and supporting documentation reviews
- Assist in capital project and depreciation reporting, reconciliation, and data quality checks
- Support monthly depreciation close and validation processes
- Assist with reporting updates, accrual reviews, and planning file maintenance
- Assist with marketing finance processes, including accrual tracking, supporting documentation reviews, and close file maintenance
- Support quarterly outlook consolidation and reporting preparation
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Support Power BI, AI, and other digital transformation projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and operational processes through automation
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with ability to commit to a minimum 20-week internship
- Finance or Accounting background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Interest in data analytics, automation, AI, and digital tools
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, VBA, SQL, or similar tools is an advantage
Skills
Experience
Students with or pursuing finance or accounting qualifications; experience with financial reporting, data analysis, or process improvement is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled student; Finance or Accounting background preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
