Role & Responsibilities
- Provide structured, objective feedback on fit, comfort, style and construction of footwear throughout prototype, sales-sample, approval-sample, grading-test and production stages.
- Collaborate directly with Footwear Technicians, Product Developers and Designers to assess new lasts, constructions and corrective actions.
- Participate in wear testing, photo shoots and supplier fitting sessions as required; travel to service providers (suppliers) when requested.
- Identify and document fit issues or product defects and maintain detailed fitting approval and test records.
- Follow fitting instructions and wear protocols; maintain professional conduct during sessions and preserve foot care standards.
- Be punctual, reliable and courteous with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- Foot shape representative of the brand’s target customer and ability to serve as a fit benchmark.
- Standard shoe size required: US 6B.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to try on a wide range of footwear types (heels, flats, boots, sneakers, sandals, injected/vulcanized constructions, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible schedule and availability for fitting sessions and occasional travel to suppliers.
- Prior experience as a footwear fit model, fit tester, or in a similar role is advantageous; experience in global/multi‑cultural environments is a plus.

Experience
No mandatory years of formal experience required; prior experience as a footwear fitting model or in product wear testing is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or coursework in fashion, footwear technology or a related discipline is a plus.
