Tapestry seeks a Finance Business Partner, SG&A to lead financial planning and store budgeting for Coach and Kate Spade in Greater London, UK.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and plan Tapestry Europe store SG&A budgets, including payroll, occupancy, operations, selling, and distribution costs
- Lead monthly cost review processes with key stakeholders to identify variances, risks, and opportunities against plan
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives and support actions to improve store profitability
- Utilize SAP and Hyperion to build payroll KPIs and support financial analysis and budgeting
- Manage store P&L for Tapestry Europe Retail and Outlet channels, including digital operating costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Store Operations, HR, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Digital
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with recognised professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner leading operating budgets, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to solve complex business challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to provide constructive challenge and influence stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

Experience
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner leading operating budgets, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management in a retail or multi-brand environment.
Education
Qualified accountant with recognised professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
