Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain Coach visual standards across assigned retail locations, ensuring window and floor sets reflect brand directives.
  • Travel to stores to install merchandising kits, props and fixtures; perform hands-on display builds and seasonal rollouts.
  • Coach and upskill store teams on visual presentation, product placement, and on-floor storytelling to optimize conversion and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret visual directives and translate them into consistent in-store execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with an aptitude for influencing store teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the region and to perform physically demanding installation work.
  • Flexible schedule availability to support store openings, merchandising windows and seasonal rollouts.

Experience

At least two years of retail visual merchandising experience with demonstrated field execution, store-facing coaching, and installation of display systems—experience with luxury or lifestyle brands preferred.

Education

Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail, Design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
