Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail operations for assigned district stores, including P&L oversight, inventory management, and operational compliance
- Recruit, develop, and mentor store managers and retail teams to achieve sales targets and brand standards
- Execute merchandising and promotional strategies in alignment with corporate guidelines and seasonal collections
- Drive customer experience excellence and implement omnichannel retail initiatives
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and training to ensure brand consistency and operational standards
- Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective action plans

Experience

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
