Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations across multiple Kate Spade New York locations within the assigned district
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand elevation
- Lead and mentor store managers and field teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, customer experience, visual merchandising, and operational standards
- Collaborate with regional and corporate functions on inventory management, promotional strategies, and seasonal planning
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement aligned with Tapestry values

Qualifications
