Tapestry (Coach/Kate Spade) seeks a Distribution Associate in Las Vegas, NV — full‑time dayshift role at the Las Vegas Fulfillment Center ($17.50–$18.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and returns to meet productivity, accuracy and team standards.
- Process Customer Care single-unit orders, reticketing, price-ticket removal and gift packaging with care and attention to presentation.
- Use WM and other department applications to determine order status, resolve cases and research shortages or No Read diverts.
- Operate hand pallet jack and perform carton/corrugate prep, dunnage packing, sealing and pallet/conveyor handling as required.
- Perform problem resolution activities and assist at tote replenishment and shortage processing lines.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the work area and communicate equipment or workstation issues to the Team Leader promptly.
- Flexibly support other warehouse functions and special projects as business needs dictate, and follow all established safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently.
- Capable of frequent lifting, pushing and pulling up to 40 lbs; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs; able to stand for an entire shift and work at various heights.
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules when required.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience
Entry-level distribution role; previous warehouse, fulfillment or logistics experience is advantageous but not required. Experience with warehouse management systems and pallet jack operation preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 18.50 per hour.
