Role & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and process merchandise accurately and efficiently across receiving, shipping, order fulfillment and returns functions.
• Execute volume processing to meet productivity, accuracy and team standards and deadlines.
• Use warehouse management (WM) systems and team-specific programs to check status, resolve cases and process shortages or 'No Read' diverts.
• Perform carton preparation, dunnage packing, corrugate breakdown and disposal, and carton sealing as required.
• Operate hand pallet jack and assist with tote/bin replenishment and tote replenishment line processing.
• Support problem resolution activities including auditing orders, researching shortages and distributing tickets.
• Sort and off-load cartons to/from pallets and conveyors; provide daily housekeeping and communicate equipment or workstation issues to Team Leader.
• Flex across departments and perform other duties assigned by management while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently and to work independently with self-motivation.
• Capacity to lift, push and pull frequently up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to stand for full shift and work at varying heights.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as business needs dictate.
• Adherence to safe work habits and the ability to communicate safety concerns to colleagues and managers.

Skills

Experience

Entry-level position; prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment is beneficial but not required. Candidates who have worked in high-volume picking/packing or logistics environments will be advantaged.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 18 per hour.
