Tapestry seeks a Distribution Associate in Las Vegas, NV (Dayshift, Wed–Sat) at the Las Vegas Fulfillment Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and process inbound and outbound products accurately and to productivity standards across receiving, shipping, order fulfillment and returns.
- Execute special handling tasks including price ticket removal, reticketing, gift packaging and Customer Care single-unit orders.
- Use WM and other team-specific systems to verify order status, resolve cases, and process shortages or No Read diverts.
- Perform carton and corrugate preparation, dunnage packing, sealing, pallet/carton sorting and conveyor operations as required.
- Operate hand pallet jack and assist with tote/bin replenishment, tote replenishment line processing and problem resolution area tasks.
- Communicate equipment or workstation issues to the Team Leader, practise safe work habits, and maintain departmental housekeeping.
- Flex to assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently and to work independently with self-motivation.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime or flexible schedules as required (shift is Wednesday–Saturday, dayshift).
- Capability to perform frequent lifting, pushing and pulling up to 40 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs; able to stand for the entire shift and work at various heights.
- Good problem-solving aptitude in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous warehouse, distribution or fulfillment experience is preferred; candidates with hands-on experience in high-volume picking/packing and basic material-handling procedures will be advantaged.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 18.50 per hour.
