Role & Responsibilities

  • Own store-level profitability across the brick-and-mortar portfolio; define and execute strategies to improve sales, margin and overall store contribution.
  • Develop, maintain and govern retail KPIs and executive dashboards to monitor sales, margin, traffic, conversion, units per transaction, AUR and labor productivity.
  • Design and operate workforce management processes: labor forecasting, staffing models, scheduling frameworks and shrink/labor efficiency initiatives.
  • Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting and store P&L close processes in partnership with Finance and Retail Operations.
  • Direct, mentor and grow a cross-functional team of analysts and managers to deliver actionable insights, store reviews and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner with HR, Merchandising, Store Operations and Analytics to align incentives, training and resource allocation with commercial priorities.
  • Deploy and optimize planning and workforce management tools; manage change, training and adoption at the field level.
  • Translate complex financial and operational analysis into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams that deliver retail financial analysis, store analytics or workforce planning.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving store profitability and operational improvements in a multi-channel retail or luxury fashion environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance sales growth, margin management and labor efficiency.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including influencing senior leaders.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical aptitude with experience converting data into operational actions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.

Experience
