Tapestry seeks a Director of Marketing & Digital in Alexandria (Sydney), Australia to lead ANZ digital, CRM and performance marketing for its fashion brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual Marketing Activation Plan (MAP) for ANZ, balancing investment across digital, media, PR, CRM and brand channels to drive both awareness and commercial return.
  • Define and optimise upper- and lower-funnel strategies to improve brand equity, conversion and lifetime value.
  • Lead performance marketing across SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliates and retargeting to maximise acquisition efficiency and ROAS.
  • Own CRM strategy including lifecycle campaigns, personalization, segmentation and data-driven targeting to grow engagement and repeat purchase.
  • Manage and evolve the internal digital, marketing and CRM team structure and capabilities to meet evolving business objectives.
  • Run agency selection and tender processes, define scopes of work and manage agency relationships to secure best-in-class external partnerships.
  • Drive continuous campaign testing, KPI tracking and optimisation to improve campaign performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Assess and enhance the technical architecture that supports digital marketing and CRM operations; oversee vendor selection and governance to ensure scalability, security and compliance with global data standards.
  • Partner with Operations on logistics and fulfilment transition planning, developing risk-mitigated strategies that preserve service levels.
  • Ensure integration and data integrity across retail and marketing reporting systems, maintaining compliance with Tapestry’s global data governance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing strategy, CRM and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience leading regional or market-level marketing teams and managing agency relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience with SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate and retargeting channels.
  • Experience working with development teams on technical architecture and marketing platform integrations.
  • Proven analytical capability: comfortable with KPI frameworks, reporting, testing methodologies and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with vendor tender processes and vendor management.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse transition or supply chain initiatives is highly desirable.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in marketing, business, finance, economics or supply chain.

Experience

At least 10 years of progressively senior experience in digital marketing and CRM, including leadership of internal teams and agency partners. Practical exposure to operations or fulfilment transition projects is an asset.

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent in marketing, business, finance, economics or supply chain.
