As an employer, the group offers the scale and sophistication of a global fashion leader while preserving the creative spirit and heritage of its iconic brands. Tapestry cultivates an inclusive, purpose-driven culture where design, craftsmanship, digital innovation, and commercial excellence intersect. Its teams are encouraged to think boldly, grow continuously, and contribute to a more responsible future for fashion, making Tapestry a compelling environment for talent seeking impact, creativity, and international opportunity.

Base pay range: $180,000–$200,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the digital employee experience as a product, defining its vision and strategy and maintaining a prioritized roadmap in partnership with Workplace Technology and platform owners responsible for architecture, engineering, operations, and security.
- Stay close to employees through feedback loops, store visits, observational research, and frontline partnerships; incorporate regional and market-level context into roadmap development and sequencing.
- Apply product discipline by validating problems, defining outcomes, prioritizing, and shipping solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
- Champion employee experience in investment discussions by surfacing trade-offs and making evidence-based cases with a clear point of view.
- Serve as experience owner across global employee-facing platforms, including the intranet, M365/Teams, and self-service portals; set standards and drive improvements with operating teams.
- Bring the employee perspective to platform decisions, identifying friction, advocating for usability, and assessing technology by its impact on users.
- Identify and pilot modern workplace technologies, including AI-powered tools, intelligent search, and mobile-first solutions; lead proofs of concept with clear problems, hypotheses, and success criteria.
- Own the framework for measuring experience effectiveness by combining platform analytics with direct employee input.
- Use measurement and employee input to prioritize the roadmap and build evidence-based investment cases, identifying where global patterns obscure local realities.
- Build relationships across Technology, HR, Internal Communications, Product Management, and Store Operations, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Partner with HR on employee lifecycle moments and with Internal Communications on change management to support employees through technology transitions.
- Represent the employee perspective in governance forums, architecture reviews, and investment discussions.
- Partner on adoption strategies emphasizing training, accessibility, and inclusivity; establish governance for content publishing and knowledge management.
