Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor and executive coach to senior leaders, translating business priorities into talent, organization, and leadership solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic talent plans to attract, develop, retain, and transition critical talent aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and large-scale transformation initiatives, including communication and resourcing plans.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management COE, and Finance to assess talent supply/demand, manage compensation budgets, and oversee staffing plans (including temporary staffing).
  • Design and deliver change management strategies, employee engagement programs, and survey analysis with actionable follow-through.
  • Drive cross-functional, high-impact projects such as M&A integration, leadership development programs, and culture transformation.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships across global HR functions and advocate for COE engagement to deliver integrated HR programs.
  • Manage and develop direct reports; embed policies and practices that reinforce a high-performance, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years partnering senior leaders; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, change management, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee and labor relations and contemporary employment law in the U.S. context.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills with executive-level presence, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Track record of designing and delivering enterprise talent programs and driving measurable engagement and performance outcomes.

Experience

8+ years of progressive human resources experience with at least 5 years serving as an HR partner to senior leadership; proven track record in leading org design, change initiatives, talent strategies, and managing HR teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MA in Organization Development, or equivalent) is desirable.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 175,000 per annum.
