Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the development and execution of global brand strategies and integrated campaigns that drive cultural relevance, brand heat and long‑term equity.
- Shape and prioritize the editorial marketing calendar using consumer insights and research to inform messaging across regions and channels.
- Orchestrate global campaign production and localization by partnering with regional marketing teams, creative agencies and cross‑functional partners (consumer insights, media, talent, influencer, press).
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistent, culturally resonant storytelling aligned to the target consumer while enabling intentional market localization.
- Synthesize cross‑business data and insights to translate individual activations into broader integrated programs that maximize campaign impact.
- Build and maintain executive and cross‑functional relationships to secure alignment, resources and organizational agility for campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing planning or equivalent senior marketing roles.
- Proven track record creating integrated campaigns that drive business results and brand relevance at scale.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage complex editorial calendars.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity; nimble, decisive and bias toward action.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in consumer experience, content strategy and integration across customer journeys.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs.

Experience
Minimum ten years of progressively responsible experience in brand or integrated marketing, with proven leadership of global campaigns, cross‑regional orchestration and measurable business impact.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
