Role & Responsibilities

- Coach and develop marketing team members, fostering a high-performance, creative culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading brand marketing for a lifestyle, luxury or premium consumer brand, preferably at regional or global level.
- Track record of developing integrated campaigns that drove brand equity and commercial results.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable experience using consumer insights and analytics to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
