Role & Responsibilities

- Partner with planning, inventory, pricing, marketing, CRM and operations teams to align commercial execution with inventory flow and campaign activity.
- Implement and iterate conversion‑rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B tests; translate experiment results into scalable merchandising changes.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards; provide daily/weekly trading analysis and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners (platforms, vendors, agencies) and internal technical teams to ensure flawless on‑site execution.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior trading or merchandising colleagues where applicable; contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with strong numerical and analytical capability.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects and multiple stakeholders under tight retail deadlines.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for presenting to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment; prior experience in fashion, luxury goods or premium lifestyle brands preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in e‑commerce, digital trading or online merchandising, with a track record of driving site performance and promotional execution; prior experience in the luxury/fashion sector or with premium brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, retail merchandising or a closely related discipline; equivalent professional experience accepted.
