Kate Spade (Tapestry) seeks a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager in New York, NY to lead marketing measurement, forecasting and performance planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across owned, earned and paid digital channels (paid search, display, paid social, email) to inform media and creative decisions.
- Aggregate data from multiple stakeholders, agencies and vendors; produce clear, executive-ready reporting and dashboards to communicate performance and opportunity.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in platforms such as Google Analytics/GA4 and Tableau; ensure consistency of definitions and metrics.
- Apply predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast channel and campaign outcomes, and drive annual, quarterly, monthly and daily forecasting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to translate analytical findings into media activation recommendations, including spend allocation and channel optimization.
- Design, support and evaluate test-and-learn programs across paid and owned channels; extract actionable insights and prioritize follow-up actions.
- Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and liaise with IT, Tapestry Data Labs, COE and agency partners to resolve inconsistencies.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in marketing measurement science (MMM + MTA unified-model measurement) and media KPIs.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure campaign effectiveness and coordinate with finance and operations to manage budgets and efficient spend.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with marketing data, applied statistics and data mining.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (including GA4), Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Demonstrated experience with marketing measurement methodologies such as MMM and MTA and applying predictive modeling or machine learning to marketing problems.
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer environment with multi-channel distribution and a strong working knowledge of paid search, social, email and SEO.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills, with a track record of presenting insights to senior leadership.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing analytics, applied statistics, or data science within a direct-to-consumer or multi-channel marketing environment, including hands-on work with marketing measurement and forecasting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
