Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end footwear product development from early prototyping through confirmed sample sign-off and full-range execution.
- Coordinate directly with overseas vendors to transition designs from proto into production and manage shipping, tracking and communication between factory and overseas teams.
- Review and validate tech packs with overseas teams and vendors to ensure specification accuracy and timeline adherence.
- Liaise with Raw Material Sourcing, Tooling and Supply Chain to secure timely delivery of long-lead items and tooling requirements.
- Manage sample material transfers between vendors and support trims and second-upper processes.
- Drive product quality through sampling phases, including organizing wear tests and lab tests and implementing CRF corrections and clarifications.
- Escalate and flag long lead-time or high-risk projects to Supply Chain Management and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in footwear product development or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of footwear categories, materials and the product development lifecycle.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal; Chinese language skills preferred.
- Strong organizational capabilities and clear cross-cultural communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight, concurrent deadlines.

Experience
At least 3 years' practical experience in the footwear industry as a developer or product development specialist, with hands-on responsibility for proto-to-production workflows, vendor management, tech-pack review and coordination with sourcing, tooling and testing teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Materials Science, Textile Engineering or related discipline preferred.
