Coach seeks a Design Assistant, VIP to support the development and execution of bespoke dressing opportunities for key industry events, talent appearances, and editorial collaborations. This role coordinates fittings, sample management, and garment logistics while partnering across Design, Product Development, Atelier, Production, Merchandising, and PR teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and project management capabilities to deliver exceptional experiences for talent and industry partners.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of bespoke Coach and Coachtopia creations for key industry events, talent appearances, and editorial opportunities
  • Coordinate fittings, garment logistics, and event preparation while ensuring the highest standards of quality, organization, and execution throughout the VIP dressing process
  • Partner with Design, Product Development, Atelier, Production, Merchandising, and PR teams to support VIP opportunities, maintain project tracking, and foster positive relationships with talent teams and industry partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and luxury fashion standards
  • Ability to hand sketch
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Passion for fashion, culture, celebrity dressing, and delivering best-in-class experiences for talent and industry partners

Experience

1+ years of experience in fashion design, styling, VIP relations, product development, or a related field. Experience coordinating fittings, sample management, garment logistics, and cross-functional partnerships is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 66,300 to USD 70,000 per annum.
