Tapestry — Data Analyst Intern in Jacksonville, FL. 12-week summer internship at the Jacksonville Fulfillment Center; $20/hr, analytics and Tableau-focused role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement within fulfillment and supply chain operations.
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations to communicate operational KPIs to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—operations, supply chain and business stakeholders—to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Apply process-mining, process-mapping, time-study and statistical techniques to document workflows, surface bottlenecks and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Support cost–benefit analysis and liaise with Operations and Engineering to pilot and implement recommended process and tooling changes.
Qualifications
- Junior, senior, or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with dashboarding tools, Tableau preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Availability to work onsite at the Jacksonville Fulfillment Center for the full 12-week internship period.
Skills
Experience
Academic or project experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations research; coursework or practical exposure to SQL and visualization tools required. Candidates should be prepared to work 40 hours per week onsite for a 12-week summer internship.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 20 per hour.
