Role & Responsibilities

• Provide hardware procurement trend and variance analysis using Supply Chain Analytics to support annual vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing decisions
• Conduct end-to-end hardware cost modeling and benchmarking across product categories; analyze material consumption and processing costs across the supply base and propose aligned standards
• Measure hardware product complexity for individual suppliers and derive productivity targets as a basis for supplier performance evaluation and incentive alignment
• Partner with Product Development and Materials Sourcing to evaluate supplier quotations, validate costing assumptions, and support fact-based negotiation strategies
• Travel to manufacturing locations as needed to gather firsthand intelligence and support cost optimization initiatives
• Maintain and enhance costing databases and reporting dashboards, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and alignment with global costing standards
• Execute ad hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior leadership

Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems for data extraction, analysis, and visualization
• Demonstrated ability to build, validate, and interpret detailed bottom-up cost models for hardware components
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, bill-of-materials (BOM) structures, and supply base dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to break down complex cost structures into actionable drivers
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy critical for negotiation credibility and financial integrity
• Proactive communication skills to articulate technical findings to diverse stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Skills

Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, procurement costing, cost engineering, or related functions in manufacturing or consumer goods environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
