Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for assigned categories, including creation and maintenance of tech packs, spec sheets and PLM entries.
- Track and manage samples and prototypes through development, coordinating fit sessions, revisions and approvals with design, technical design and merchandising teams.
- Liaise with internal sourcing, production and quality teams and external vendors/factories to expedite samples, resolve technical issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Maintain accurate product data, bill of materials and costing inputs; assist with basic cost analyses and margin tracking.
- Organize development calendars, production schedules and cross‑functional meetings; prepare materials and reports for development reviews.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards for materials, trims and construction; support quality assurance and pre‑production sign‑offs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, Merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in product development, technical design or production coordination within apparel, accessories or leather goods.
- Proven ability to read and create tech packs, spec sheets and basic construction documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple development timelines.
- Effective communicator capable of working with cross‑functional and global teams; professional vendor management skills.

Experience
1–3 years of progressive experience in product development, technical design or production coordination within fashion, accessories or leather goods; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, Merchandising, Business or related field preferred.
