Coach Coordinator, Online Merchandising role in London, UK. Manage eCommerce product uploads and digital merchandising across European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain new products on UK, FR, EU and ROW eCommerce sites, ensuring accurate product information, category structures, and merchandising standards
- Prepare and execute site refreshes by building navigation architecture, updating search dictionaries, creating merchandising and trend shops, and managing catalogue attribution processes
- Support migration of smaller EU sites to Global-e platform, ensuring accurate localisation and customer-ready site configuration
- Collaborate with translation partners to ensure high-quality localised content, with particular emphasis on French market requirements
- Coordinate with Buying and Planning teams to support promotional calendars, new product launches, and category expansions
- Work with Digital Design and Web Production teams on creative execution for homepages, promotions, and campaigns aligned with business priorities and inventory availability
- Conduct weekly reviews of UK, FR, EU, and ROW sites to monitor standards, identify operational issues, and escalate testing problems
- Optimise on-site search functionality and cross-sell/up-sell product placement strategies
- Research competitor online activity and digital innovation trends; conduct ad hoc testing of new site functionalities
- Deliver weekly performance reporting and analytics insights to cross-functional stakeholder meetings
- Manage ad hoc website tasks and projects as required by the eCommerce leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in eCommerce or digital-focused roles
- Proven experience working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Experience in global companies, international brands, or online startup environments
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with urgency
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and respond quickly to last-minute requests and changes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advantageous: prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Product Information Management (PIM) systems, Global-e, or CMS platforms
- Advantageous: experience collaborating with U.S.-based head office operations
- Advantageous: fluency in French or other European languages

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in an eCommerce or digital-focused role, with demonstrated expertise in online product merchandising, site management, or related digital operations. Experience working within global companies, international brands, or fast-growing online startups is essential. Familiarity with U.S.-based corporate structures and cross-functional team environments is advantageous.
