Role & Responsibilities
- Co-develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns Kate Spade brand objectives with Tapestry’s broader communications framework.
- Create executive communications for the CEO and Brand President, including speechwriting, presentation decks, video scripts, blog posts and email communications.
- Design and deliver employee engagement programs and multi-channel communications for global store and corporate audiences to reinforce company vision and business priorities.
- Lead content development for live and virtual events such as leadership meetings, town halls, investor presentations, social impact initiatives and global store leader conferences.
- Own talent-branding and social content strategy for Kate Spade on LinkedIn and collaborate with external teams on media relations initiatives to protect and elevate brand reputation.
- Partner with global stakeholders and regional teams to ensure consistent, timely and culturally relevant communications across markets.
- Use data and metrics to measure communications effectiveness and iterate on strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field; Master’s degree a plus (equivalent combinations of education and experience considered).
- Minimum 4+ years’ professional experience in communications, ideally within a public company and responsible for internal and/or external communications.
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-channel communications plans and working with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in executive-level messaging and storytelling.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, from store teams to C‑suite.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global matrix environment with high attention to detail and quality.

Experience
At least 4 years of progressive communications experience, preferably within a public company or global consumer brand, with demonstrated ownership of internal communications, executive messaging and multi-channel program delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field; Master’s degree a plus. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 per annum.
