Kate Spade New York seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Sevierville, TN to deliver styling-led customer service and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks and suggest complementary add‑ons to increase basket size.
- Actively listen to customer needs and use consultative selling to guide purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout.
- Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
- Maintain operational excellence including POS transactions, stockroom organisation and replenishment.
- Support ongoing client retention by celebrating customer choices and inviting return visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; experience providing styling or consultative sales is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
