Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering tailored service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and perform cash/media handling in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Manage stock levels: replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM objectives.
• Support general sales floor activities and respond to customer requests, partnering with team members and management as required.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safe handling procedures while performing physical tasks such as lifting and stock movement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail or premium brand environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated cash handling accuracy and familiarity with cash register/POS procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate or sales advisor; experience within a luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or some college coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
