Coach Sales Associate — full-time retail role at Zhongshan Haiya Outlet, Zhongshan, China. Serve as a frontline brand ambassador delivering luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-ups to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture client data, close transactions and support omni-channel sales.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain a well-organized, visually compliant sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset-protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and stock movement; assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; comfortable working to KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Social-media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required, with luxury retail or outlet experience preferred. Demonstrated success with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social selling is highly desirable.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, within easy reach of Guangzhou.
