Coach — Richmond, BC: Temporary Sales Associate (part‑time). Deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel sales and clienteling at Richmond Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalized client experiences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and facilitate omni-channel transactions.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain sales-floor and stockroom presentation standards; ensure efficient processing of purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- Participate in brand training, initiatives and inclusion activities; receive feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience or willingness to participate in live-stream shopping, video demos and short-form content (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail, fashion or customer service coursework is an asset. A combination of formal education and practical retail experience is acceptable.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
