Kate Spade New York Sales Associate (part-time) in Orlando, FL — join the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets store as a client-focused stylist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to understand customer needs and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade merchandise.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest relevant add-ons and close transactions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Curate visual presentations on the sales floor; use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear or use products.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory handling and accurate POS transactions.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and respond to customer follow-up to foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with superior interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience demonstrating customer engagement and conversion capability.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni-channel / virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capability to regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles and consultative styling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail, fashion or visual merchandising training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
