Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated and personalised luxury service consistent with Coach standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
  • Capture client data using clienteling tools and social selling channels, including short-form video and live demos.
  • Maintain floor readiness: visual merchandising, replenishment, inventory processing and merchandising standards.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stockroom management and product movement accuracy.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, POS and store operational procedures while keeping sales floor and stockroom organised.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas, and participate in brand trainings and initiatives.
  • Maintain professional composure, welcome feedback and adapt behaviour to support team performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS workflows (iPad/laptop preferred) and basic digital literacy.
  • Strong English communication skills for client interaction and transactional accuracy.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and short-form video/live-stream shopping is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail season and public holidays.
  • Capable of regular lifting of at least 25 lbs (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs) and performing physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
