Coach in McAllen, Texas seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver personalized luxury service and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling guidance and proactive follow-up to drive repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Engage omni‑channel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and convert interest into purchases.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and stock movement, assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Sustain a high‑energy presence on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, and demonstrable clienteling or data‑acquisition skills.

Experience

At least one year of direct sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury retail or high‑end fashion environments and who can demonstrate measurable sales results.
